All members of staff through nurses, cleaners & assistants have been so very helpful, kind & considerate. The night staff were equally as caring.

I feel that the staff sometimes find it hard to keep up with demand, more staff are needed. All staff have been pleasant and kind.

Throughout a 3 day period the ward was very busy but remained structured. The nursing staff, especially Abby, remained happy and smiling and dedicated to the task at hand. With my situation specifically Abby's task was not particularly pleasant but her whole approach was more than commendable, she managed to turn a difficult situation round to a positive one. Star!!
